Tips to Quit Smoking
1 . HangDelay in response to the desire of smoking, such as delaying the search for cigarettes. Should cigarette in hand , do not directly lit , wait at least 5 minutes. Desire to smoke this end will be lost as well. Tell yourself œnantiâ € â € every time you want to smoke .
2 . Attractive Long BreathBreathe with the length at least three times slowly .
3 . Drinking Water With ManyDrink of many waters . Preferably mineral water or warm boiled water . Do not drink caffeine like coffee or tea , because this drink will usually make you want to smoke after drinking .
4 . Makes ADo something that can divert your mind from smoking. For example, sightseeing outings , phone a friend , read a book , play music, make a crossword , gardening and so on .
5 . Chewing SomethingChewing something like chewing gum , carrot, apple and so on . Avoid something sweet like candy ever.
6 . Bathing or Washing HandsShould stay at home, take their bath or wash your hands as often as every time felt like smoking .
7 . Doing Stretching ExercisesPerform stretching exercises every time you feel sleepy because of not smoking .
8 . Applying PrayerAsk a prayer to God to resolve and efforts to quit smoking successfully .

Penjagaan kesihatan / health care

Menjaga kesihatan adalah dituntut oleh Agama. Banyak cara menjaga kesihatan tubuh badan maupun dari segi sains dan diajar oleh Al-Quran antaranya adalah spt:-

1. Bersenam @ beriadah.
2. Mengawal makanan.

Tahukah anda mengamal minum secawan air teh "O" setiap pagi boleh mengawal berat badan anda. Isyaallah jika anda mengamalkannya, berat badan anda akan berkurangan. (memang terbukti keberkesanan).

Al-Quran Juga ada mengajar kita menjaga kesihatan spt membuat amalan spt:-

1. Mandi Pagi sebelum subuh @ sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari naik. Air sejuk yang meresap kedalam badan boleh mengurangkan lemak mengumpul. Kita boleh saksikan orang mengamal mandi pagi kebanyakan badan tak gemuk.

2. Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk setiap pagi. Mujarabnya Insayallah jauh dari penyakit (susah nak kena sakit).

3. waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas membaca doa). Ia boleh mengelak dari sakit pening atau migrin. Ini terbukti oleh para saintis yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran darah di kepala yg tidak dipenuhi darah. dengan bersujud makan darah akan mengalir keruang berkenaan.

4. dalam kitab juga ada melarang kita makan makanan darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah menegah kita makan ikan bersama susu. di kuatiri akan cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh saintis yang menjumpai dimana dalam badan ayam mengandungi ion (+) manakala
Dalam ikan mengandungi ion (-). jika dalam suapan ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka terjadi tidakkan balas biokimia yng terhasil yang boleh merosakkan usus kita.

5. Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari. Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menjumpa bahawa enzime banyak terkandung di celah jari jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur. (enzime sejenis alat percerna makanan, tanpanya makanan tidak hadam)

* Sebab: Gumpalan kecil ke saluran arteri - separuh tersumbat - bekalan ke otak tidak mencukupi.
* Kawal tekanan darah; 130-139 / 85-89 meningkatkan risiko strok 50%.

AMALAN DIET
1. Elakkan garam - kreatifkan dgn menukar herba / rempah ratus.
2. Jangan makan daging proses: Hot Dog, burger, bebola daging...
3. Jangan makan sayur dalam tin.
4. Elak makanan bergoreng, kuli ayam, lemak daging, makanan segera.
5. Hadkan Kafein: kopi, rokok...
6. Jauhi bahan pengawet, pewarna, perasa.
7. Awas lemak tersembunyi: santan dlm kari, nasi lemak, rot canai...

MAKANAN UNTUK DARAH TINGGI
1. Buah-buahan, sayuran, susu rendah lemak.
2. Diet kurang daging merah, ayam tiada kulit...
3. Kekacang, soya, dal dan dll...
4. Makanan tinggi kalium; kacang soya, ikan, ubi kentang, pisang
5. Kunyah daun saderi, banyakkan bawang putih/merah
6. Makanan tinggi kalsium, ikan salmon, sayur hijau berdaun (rokoli, kubis...)
7. Cara masakan rebus, kukus, pamggang, sekali kala goring.

Perut punca segala penyakit

Assalamualaikum wbt dan Salam Sejahtera,
Anda kerap diserang sakit perut tanpa sebab? Atau anda sering berasa tidak selesa di bahagian perut? Awas! Ia mungkin pentanda awal kepada penyakit lain yang merbahaya kepada anda. Seperti mana Sabda Rasulullah s. a. w, maksudnya: "Perut manusia itu tempat segala penyakit, manakala pencegahan itu pokok dari segala pengubatan." (Riwayat ad-Dailami)

Al-Ma'idah dalam bahasa Arabnya bermaksud perut (ventrikulus) dan dalam bahasa Inggerisnya disebut stomach. Merupakan salah satu dari organ-organ pencernaan. Perut juga merupakan salah satu dari tempat atau sarang penyakit.

6 punca penyebab penyakit dari perut:-

1. Cara pemakanan seharian yang tidak sistematik.

2. Terlalu berlebihan semasa makan.

3. Tidak berwaspada dengan makanan dan minuman yang dihinggapi serangga.

Sabda Rasululluh s. a. w, maksudnya: "Jika ada seekor lalat jatuh ke dalam tempat minuman yang akan kamu minum, maka celuplah keseluruhan tubuh lalat tersebut ke dalam minumanmu tadi kemudian angkatlah (buanglah) lalat tersebut. Kerana sesungguhnya pada salah satu sayapnya mengandung ubat dan pada sayap yang lainnya mengandung penyakit." (Riwayat Abu Hurairah)

4. Tidak cermat semasa meneliti isi kandungannya.

5. Kurang kesedaran dalam menjaga kebersihan diri.

Sabda Rasulullah s. a. w, maksudnya: "Bersiwaklah (menggosok gigilah) kamu semua, sebab bersiwaak (menggosok gigi) itu adalah membersihkan mulut dan Allah redha kepadanya. Setiap kali Jibril datang kepadaku, ia selalu berpesan untuk bersiwak
(menggosok gigi)." (Riwayat Ibnu Majah)

6. Kebiasaan memakan ubat tanpa nasihat doktor.

Oleh itu jagalah cara pemakanan anda, dapatlah anda menghindari dari segala penyakit yang berbentuk kronik ataupun sebaliknya. Amalan yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad s. a. w iaitu berpuasa merupakan sebaik-baik pencegahan dan pengubatan.

Sabda Rasulullah s. a. w, maksudnya: "Berpuasalah kamu, nescaya kamu menjadi sihat." (Riwayat Abu Hurairah)



Health care is demanded by religion . Many ways to keep fit body and the way in science and taught by the Koran which are like : -1 . Exercising @ play.2 . Controlling food .Did you know the practice of drinking a cup of tea water " O" every morning can control your weight . Isyaallah if you practice , your weight will decrease. ( indeed proven efficacy ) .The Qur'an also teaches us is to make the practice of health care SPT SPT : -1 . Mandi morning before dawn @ at least an hour before the sun comes up . Cold water is absorbed into the body can reduce the fat gathers . We can see people practicing shower in the morning most of the body is not fat.2 . Messenger practice of drinking a glass of cold water every morning . Insayallah potency away from the disease ( hard to be sick ) .3 . Circumcised morning prayer time we meditate ( which bowed at one minute after reading the prayer) . It can avoid the pain or migraine headache . This is proven by the scientists who conducted the study in a day why should we bow down. Scientists have discovered a few millimeters of air in the blood vessels in the head who does not filled with blood . prostrate eat blood will flow spatial concerned.4 . The bible also forbids us to eat ground mixed with seafood. He never forbade us to eat fish with milk . in kuatiri will quickly get the disease . This is proven by the scientists who discovered the body where the chicken contains ions ( + ) andIn fish ions ( - ) . if the chicken feed mixed with fish then there tidakkan yng resulting biochemical reactions that can damage the intestines .5 . Prophet taught us to eat with your hands and when finished should be licking fingers.
